Career opportunities

Our HR team is led by a frontline HR Business Partner at each site. We also have an HR Support team that manages our systems and administration and dedicated talent development resource to provide our people with the skills they need to maximise their performance today and tomorrow.

As we’ve a lead role to play in CF’s ambitious change agenda, we’re looking for people with new ideas and the drive to see them through in a fast-paced environment. Able to gain a wider perspective to help our different teams achieve their goals, you must be able to implement improvements and provide best practice solutions to strategic and operational business challenges.

Public Affairs

As the only UK-based business in our sector, we’ve an impressive story to tell. In Public Affairs, we manage business risk, raise the profile of our important work and engage with a wide range of external stakeholders, including politicians, government bodies and local authorities.
